My return to Palm Chevrolet - Ocala, FL This was my second experience at Palm Chevrolet. I was confident in my return to the dealership, as my first experience in 2013 was positive and gaine This was my second experience at Palm Chevrolet. I was confident in my return to the dealership, as my first experience in 2013 was positive and gained me a Chevrolet Spark, which I enjoyed driving for 3 years. With my new and improved position, I wanted now to upgrade to a roomier car with the best gas mileage I could find. Willie Caison was immediately available upon my arrival and greeted me with a smile. He was what I consider to be an exemplary demonstration of professionalism, product knowledge, and customer friendly salesmanship. He was never pushy, and he most importantly listened to what I wanted. He guided me towards the best deal for my dollar, and respected my budget. I was confident to return to Palm Chevrolet to begin with, but I can truly say I will surely be a loyal and proud Chevrolet customer for life. More

NOT HAPPY Neil/ JD LIAR REVISED REVIEW: I purchased the 2015 Cruze Stock #NC0003 Neil was very nice BUT DIDN'T STAND UP FOR ME WHEN I CALLED AND SPOKE TO JD I was given REVISED REVIEW: I purchased the 2015 Cruze Stock #NC0003 Neil was very nice BUT DIDN'T STAND UP FOR ME WHEN I CALLED AND SPOKE TO JD I was given the price of $19,845 ACTUALLY CHARGED: $20,005.72 I was given a $2,000 Discount & $2,000 Rebate=$4,000 ACTUALLY GIVEN TOTAL OF $3,000.00 Also charged for Service contracts and Maintenance plans that I wasn't told about in the amount of $3,185.00 My payments are higher than I expected. Was told that the balance after my trade and $2,500 would be $14,593.62 ACTUALLY CHARGED: $17,476.63 I had my 4 month old Grandson with me and it took at least an hour to finally get into finance. After my Daughter picked up the baby I was able to look over the paper work. When I called after I looked at the paperwork: I was told by JD that "The Dealership isn't going to loose $1,000" And that if I removed the maintenance and Service contracts that I would be charge a higher interest rate. JD used a very threateningly tone, He was very rude and obnoxious. I will NOT recommend your Dealership for that reason. I have a friend who was interested in a Cruze also but I will not send her to your Dealership! *****ALSO WAS TOLD THAT THE HITCH ON MY TRADE WOULD BE TAKEN OFF FOR ME BUT WHEN I REMINDED NEIL HE WENT TO TALK TO SOMEONE AND SAID THAT THEY CAN'T TAKE THE HITCH OFF FOR ME!!!!!***** TOTALLY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!! Moise was our sales guy to start with and was pretty pushy with the monthly payment number. This is a typical sales tactic and I understand why they push it. My wife and I almost left after he pushed us on that monthly payment one too many times, even after us telling him multiple times that the price of the vehicle was too much for us. Thats when Willie stepped in. Where Moise was high pressure pushy sales person, Willie was very patient and listened to what we were saying and worked with us. I really appreciated his cool and attentive attitude. After what turned out to be almost 10 hours we did come to a very good deal and leased a vehicle from Palm. Moise is not a bad guy, i have had way worse people at dealerships, he was just too pushy for our laid back personalities. If you go to Palm ask for Willie, he will take care of you. More
