I was so very shocked that as a first time car buyer I was able to choose a car that I didn't even know I would be so in love with and get a great trade in offer on my Crown Vic and be financed (Everything was explained so wonderfully!) All at such a good deal! One slight issue with low tire pressure in one tire... I was able to go in and was treated like I really matter they got my car straight back into the shop and I was able to relax and feel comfortable knowing I'm being totally taken care of! Very professional, informative and friendly staff!!! I will never go anywhere else for a car!!! I almost went to Jenkins and stopped in there just to check since they were "still checking into things" for two days straight and meanwhile I walked in and out of Palm!
