Great Service Went in on Monday morning with a flat tire. Isaac Valazquez, service adviser, took care of us and diagnosed the problem. The tire could not be patch Went in on Monday morning with a flat tire. Isaac Valazquez, service adviser, took care of us and diagnosed the problem. The tire could not be patched so we had to purchase a new tire. When they had the car up on the lift, the mechanic discovered that the other rear tire should also be replaced because it was unsafe to drive. After searching the area, Isaac found that this particular tire was not available but Palm would have it the next day. Isaac arranged for us to get a loaner because he felt it was unsafe for us to drive that car in the rain we were currently having. He called us the next day when the car was ready and we made arrangements to pick it up. Everyone we dealt with was very courteous, knowledgeable and provided great service. More
