The time for a resolution to the "issue" was when the vehicle was in the Service Department!! As I have said in my reviews and complaints. I have no interest any longer in dealing with Palm Chevrolet. The time for solving the issue was to correct it and make me a happy customer, instead Ray accussed me of tampering with the car, told me I don't get it and was otherwise about as rude as one would expect. So I have no reason to resolve it now after we've gone through all this, when it could have been simply resolved in Mr. Smiths office with whatever resolution was offered. Ray asked for the stock air box back yet didn't install it. Now the car won't start without having the ECM grounded so the ECM is bad. I contacted GM the company manufacturing the "big bad box" and I'm done discussing it. No resolution was offered, according to Palm I didn't want to cooperate. Cooperate with what? The railroad job of charging me for something that should be covered under warranty. We are both right but Ray choose to be a dick along with Joe Cabrera so the answer is NO. Ray stood there acting stupid about what was wrong with it, the second time I brought it in after having my mechanic give a second opinion. I explained it to him 2 times the third time it was obvious he doesn't care and wasn't listening so he forced my hood up to keep up the "act" and I pushed it down. His hands were nowhere near the hood and I left. I'm not dealing with stupid and I'm not going to be insulted by Service Staff berating me and what was done to my car and why it wasn't working. I just want a working car nothing more nothing less. I am in negotation with Dodge to rid myself of Chevrolet products and cancelling my warranty after it's traded in. I have put my Corvette on the market to sell also. I will not ever do business with Palm Chevrolet again after the statements and treatment of Ray and Joe Cabrera. I don't trust them and I don't want them anywhere near my vehicle. Good Day

And just to reiterate under no circumstances am I entertaining anything from Palm Chevrolet. The actions of Ray and Joe and Mr. Smith a few days ago, in my eyes are a direct reflection on Chevrolet and the Manufacturer. No resolving anything according to Ray it's fixed he put it back to what it was. Wasted a weeks worth of rental car at $300.00 countless billable hours wasted on what? Now you want to resolve it? pffftttttt Only thing that will resolve this is Chevrolet directly contacting me and arranging an alternate dealership to go to for service under my GMPP warranty and the problem to be resolved by Chevrolet. Otherwise it's obvious Palm Chevrolet has all these customers out there and don't need my loyal business that I'm trading it in on a 2012 Dodge Charger R/T Since Chevrolet and 20+ years of loyalty means nothing over something that could have simply been resolved and been done with and I would have been a happy customer but no.
