Palm Coast Ford

On 2/4/23 I put the 2017 Ford Escape in the shop engine light going on and off. Vehicle runs rough and also had a vibration. It also had an oil leak up front. Palm coast found multiple oil leaks an replace light going on and off. Vehicle runs rough and also had a vibration. It also had an oil leak up front. Palm coast found multiple oil leaks an replaced valve cover gasket and turbo oil return tube. Service depth said there was no more leak, Costing $1528.48. At that time they did not address the vibration problem which was the original reason I put it in the shop an it was still leaking oil. On 3/3 I returned it to the shop for vibration and oil leaks, I was told the torque converter was causing the vibration. After 10 days , the extended warranty only approved a used transmission totaling $2178.27. After replacing transmission i returned to the service dept for the same oil leak. They stated they found a crack in the valve cover, replacing it for $705.05. After repairs,renting a car for 10 days for $277.13, I felt I was given the runaround and they were more interested in billing me that fixing the problems. Donald Mckinney More

Your service people Lost the wheel lock for my wheels but won’t replace it.
