So far so good. I wish the mechanics had more time to explain work done and/or mention potential problems. The mechanic that Ford sent to my house came to my home to do an oil change. He acted fairly new at this job. It took him about 2 hours for the oil change. He told me he was having a hard time getting the to do an oil change. He acted fairly new at this job. It took him about 2 hours for the oil change. He told me he was having a hard time getting the oil filter (I believe) off. I had to ask him to please wipe up a few smears inside and outside out of my car. Oil on the driveway that I had to ask him to cleanup. When he finished, the sticker for the next oil change read the current odometer reading-Not 7500 miles out. He was a very nice young man, polite, just a little more training needed-in my opinion . More

Came in for an issue with my truck shaking when I turned on the ac, Josh was able to get me my parts next day and get everything taken care of while I was out of town!
