My experience with my ordering and purchase of a 2022 F-150 Platinum was very good with the dealership. My sales person Alex was a pleasure to deal with and I never felt pressured in the slightest and he F-150 Platinum was very good with the dealership. Sean Peveler was also very helpful in the process. The truck was ordered at the very beginning of January and I didn't even get a build date sent to me until mid-May. The truck was built in June and delivered in mid-July. They substituted/deleted some options (seats and interior changes), supposedly due to chip issues, but Ford corporate never communicated this or provided "options". The truck was delayed to the point where it came in during the summer when we do not live in FL. This negated the ability to trade in my 2015 King Ranch (as planned) and required me to sell it in CT and fly down to drive the new truck home. All created by the delays. This is not the dealership's fault, but just the state of things right now with the manufacturers. Alex rocks! More
