I called to verify my appointment the day of the appointment as the scheduling online kept crashing, and the woman on the phone was short and rude. When asked if she would make sure I get the oil ch appointment as the scheduling online kept crashing, and the woman on the phone was short and rude. When asked if she would make sure I get the oil change for free per the buyer agreement, she said I would need to prove I bought the car from Daytona Toyota. I asked her if she can verify by calling their sister dealership, and she said that they do not have time. So I called Daytona Toyota and after being switched from service, to sales, and then finance, the person said they can see that I bought six cars from them and calling to verify is absurd. I did not call Palm Coast Ford back and arrived at my scheduled appointment. Darius was great and honest. I just wish the one woman did not give me the runaround as if I were lying. More

I had transmission problems and I took it straight to Ford dealership they were great checking me in they were great getting everything load up but they had to deal with this extended insurance warranty Ford dealership they were great checking me in they were great getting everything load up but they had to deal with this extended insurance warranty company and being warranty company didn't want to get off their butt to do nothing I appreciate the service Man Steve and everything he's done for me even they diagnose somehow with not doing much but it was really obvious the truck wouldn't go anywhere so you guys are great and hopefully if I ever get a newer truck but I'll always be a Ford man God bless thank you More
