Needed repairs quickly but was only able to get vehicle appt. For that Monday however they told me I could drop it off that Saturday and maybe they could start on it. Low and behold they finished brakes, t appt. For that Monday however they told me I could drop it off that Saturday and maybe they could start on it. Low and behold they finished brakes, tuneup, coolant flush, cabin filter and windshield wipers all that Saturday. Awesome job to Palm Coast service department. More

I have bought many new cars in my lifetime, and that was the best experience ever. My salesperson, Chris Dunn, was very courteous and knowledgeable. I went through the process of ordering a truck from the the best experience ever. My salesperson, Chris Dunn, was very courteous and knowledgeable. I went through the process of ordering a truck from the factory, and subsequent purchase and trade-in. Everything went smoothly and efficiently, and with the minimal amount of wait time. Always a pleasure coming to the dealership. Freindly workers who are not afraid to do a little extra to help our ever when they are extremely busy. My husband has trouble walking and when our car was fi workers who are not afraid to do a little extra to help our ever when they are extremely busy. My husband has trouble walking and when our car was finished it was a kind of long walk to get it and a young who was running to do joy took the time to run to where our car was and bring it to us. This dealership uses deceptive sales tactics if sending numerous emails offering to purchase your car. Yet when you schedule an appointment and drive to the dealership, they suddenly don't want to even dri numerous emails offering to purchase your car. Yet when you schedule an appointment and drive to the dealership, they suddenly don't want to even drive or review your car. Let me also add that the year of the car and the mileage are clearly included in every email from them, so there is no misunderstanding about what you will be driving into the dealership. This is an underhanded tactic and poor customer service for a dealership that says customer service is important. I have taken my car there for service, but will not be returning there. I would highly recommend choosing another dealership that doesn't practice underhanded sales tactics More
