This dealership uses deceptive sales tactics if sending numerous emails offering to purchase your car. Yet when you schedule an appointment and drive to the dealership, they suddenly don't want to even dri numerous emails offering to purchase your car. Yet when you schedule an appointment and drive to the dealership, they suddenly don't want to even drive or review your car. Let me also add that the year of the car and the mileage are clearly included in every email from them, so there is no misunderstanding about what you will be driving into the dealership. This is an underhanded tactic and poor customer service for a dealership that says customer service is important. I have taken my car there for service, but will not be returning there. I would highly recommend choosing another dealership that doesn't practice underhanded sales tactics More
