I set up the appointment for 4 pm about 5 days prior for a oil change. When I arrived, I had a customer representative, Jesus, speak to me within a few minutes and my car was completed in less than 40 minut a oil change. Worked with Josh Polo last two visits for service. He is courteous ,knowledgeable ,and informative . Terrible! They had my vehicle for 10 days and didn’t even fix the original reason I took it in. They charged me to oil the parts and it didn’t work just like I said it wouldn’t. I got the run around and coul fix the original reason I took it in. They charged me to oil the parts and it didn’t work just like I said it wouldn’t. I got the run around and could only get information through text messages. I never agreed to what they did. They just did it and said they did. Also, they were supposed to do an oil change but didn’t. I didn’t want to go back and deal with anything else again. By far the worst service ever received anywhere. More
