Purchased a used 2019 Mustang in July 2020 with 22,500 miles from Palm Coast Ford. In March I returned to dealer (after 3,000 miles) to have a couple of minor warranty items fixed and a tire rotation. Ser miles from Palm Coast Ford. In March I returned to dealer (after 3,000 miles) to have a couple of minor warranty items fixed and a tire rotation. Service refused rotation due to low rear tread on rear tires. Complained to a sales manager who then measured tread and says come back Monday for a free rotation. I then took car to Tire Kingdom and asked for a rotation. They also refused due to low tread on rear tires. Dealership sold me the car with low tread tires and then refused to rotate them after 3,000 miles. Now decides it is OK to rotate them when I complain in order to avoid replacing them. What about safety and minimum required tread for rotation? Tires should have been checked and replaced before the car was sold. What happened to the so called multiple point inspection I was told had been performed? This car should NOT have been sold with these tires. 3,000 miles and I need new tires? You’ve got to be kidding! More

Had a challenging time getting my hood painted under warranty. It was either too hot, too cold, or too humid. Then they forgot the letters on my Explorer. Vehicle was there for three days and when I pic warranty. It was either too hot, too cold, or too humid. Then they forgot the letters on my Explorer. My service advisor was Chisten SantaMaria, who made sure to tell the excellent service team of my vehicle concerns. She also set me up with the loaner vehicle, and while the work was being done on my truck she kept me informed. Come time to pick up my truck, I find that it was detailed and vacuumed as well. More
