It was hard to see viewing all documents on the table screen. Also we were pressured in purchasing a maintenance plan, service contract and TireCare protection all of which I did not want. Sales person was friendly and explained the the details of the vehicle to us and followed up after purchase. would recommend him to other prospective buyers. I think the sales manager did a switch and bate on us. not happy with his tactics. More

Waiting room chairs in bad shape. Every time without question I ask at arrival to use my reward points. Never has this been done . I set up the appointment for 4 pm about 5 days prior for a oil change. When I arrived, I had a customer representative, Jesus, speak to me within a few minutes and my car was completed in less than 40 minut a oil change.
