Worked with Josh Polo last two visits for service. He is courteous ,knowledgeable ,and informative . Terrible! They had my vehicle for 10 days and didn’t even fix the original reason I took it in. They charged me to oil the parts and it didn’t work just like I said it wouldn’t. I got the run around and coul fix the original reason I took it in. They charged me to oil the parts and it didn’t work just like I said it wouldn’t. I got the run around and could only get information through text messages. I never agreed to what they did. They just did it and said they did. Also, they were supposed to do an oil change but didn’t. I didn’t want to go back and deal with anything else again. By far the worst service ever received anywhere. More
