I am usually very happy with the service department. This trip to the service department was due to a previous trip the week before. Low stars are because I took my truck in for an oil change, when I picked trip to the service department was due to a previous trip the week before. Low stars are because I took my truck in for an oil change, when I picked up my truck they said the tires "needed" to be rotated which they "said" they did and charged me for it. After getting home and checking my tire pressure and tread depth it appears they did not rotate my tires. My oil change sticker did not appear to have been replaced either so I could not be sure they changed the oil either. After talking to the service department I took my truck back to redo everything from the previous trip for service. More

One one star because actually I would give no stars. Nothing but problems with this dealership and I will never buy another car from here.
