Nothing special. I needed a new replacement tire (screw in sidewall) I specified that I wasn't interested in buying 4 tires, only a replacement. It took approximately 1 Hr. & 15 minutes. you have a defective part on your vehicles, lug nuts that swell up? I think you should not charge the customer for your defective part? Christen the service advisor was great. I made my appt. the week before. The tires were there and ready to be put in my vehicle. However, I could not get the alignment done as the machine was down and the the week before. The tires were there and ready to be put in my vehicle. Also I found several greasy black fingerprints on the glove box . I am sure they had to go in there to retrieve the special bolt to get the tires off and on the vehicle. More
