I am a long time customer of this dealership. Bought 2 used cars then bought two brand new 2015 cars on the same day. 5 years later I bought two brand new 2020 vehicles. One of these vehicles had a factor used cars then bought two brand new 2015 cars on the same day. 5 years later I bought two brand new 2020 vehicles. One of these vehicles had a factory defect in the main wiring harness. I found this defect 3 days after purchase. I requested that they replace the vehicle and both Palm Coast Ford and Ford Motor Corp refused to help me. I will never buy another car from Palm Coast Ford or Ford Motor Corp. Horrible way to treat a loyal customer. More
