This visit demonstrated the very meaning what good customer service means to me. I had gotten a nail in a tire and it was not repairable. The initial consult was that I would have to wait at least 4 customer service means to me. I had gotten a nail in a tire and it was not repairable. The initial consult was that I would have to wait at least 4 days for the correct tires, since they did not have them in stock. One of the managers intervened and asked to wait for a few minutes. The end result was the correct tires were available, but an hour drive away. They send someone to pick them up and I had my Edge back and ready to enjoy the holiday weekend before the end of the day. I would have left and gone to another vendor before waiting 4 days to get tires. It always impresses me when someone make the extra effort to solve a problem, instead of just telling what they cannot do, they tell me what they can do. In the future I will look for more opportunities to do business with Palm Coast Ford. This event made a difference for certain More
