Oil Change I dropped off my truck to leave over nite last week for oil change the next day. I assumed an advisor would check me in, but was told to go fill out a I dropped off my truck to leave over nite last week for oil change the next day. I assumed an advisor would check me in, but was told to go fill out an envelop and leaves keys in drop of box. I was a little taken back by this idea, I would have rather an advisor check my truck in for service. I was also unsure when I would be contacted to advise when my truck was ready for pick up. I waited the next day to hear something, but no call by 12pm. I tried to call for an update and it was difficult to get an advisor for any information. I waited like 10 minutes before I got the advisor, and they finally said my truck was ready. I later found a message on my home phone saying the truck was ready. I would prefer more direct communication rather than a drop box next time I go in for service. More

The work done to my car by the mechanic was done good and fast but I waited close to 1 hour after everything was done to my car to get it back. Garrett helped me and my parents find myself my first vehicle and he was very helpful and knowledgeable when I had questions about the 2020 Ranger we were looking at. Better than Good The service department has been very good for me for many years (12 years in my case). Just one problem - I have been trying to get my Owner Advantage The service department has been very good for me for many years (12 years in my case). Just one problem - I have been trying to get my Owner Advantage program changed to the new program. But every time I try to get signed up for it my application is rejected because they say my email is already in the system and the program does not let me continue to completion. Someone at Dealership tried to do it for me and also ran into the same problem. He said that he would find out how to get it done and get back to me. But I have not been contacted about it yet. Have a better than good day! More
