One of my lifetime oil changes I had to use the drive-in oil change system, instead of an appointment because of my schedule. Scheduled an appointment for 4/21 my next day off to have a recharge on my AC and received a message on 4/20 that I missed my appointment. Came in on 4/21 and spoke to Josh and explained that my appointment was for 4/21 and he looked confused but jumped in and got me taken care of. More
