I stated upfront that I needed to get home on time because I had an emergency eye appt. I was promised the oil change would be no longer than 90 mins. Long wait Went to quick lane for oil change told 2 hour wait without appt. scheduled appt left and returned on scheduled day. Had to wait to check in and waited 2 hours to have vehicle done. I could have waited the first day for 2 hours if I knew a scheduled appt would be the same time frame. Definitely not a QUICK lane for oil change. Need to change name to turtle lane. More
