Pleasant, Personalized and Professional! After an extensive search for a new vehicle to fit my needs, none of the other visits to different car manufacturers' dealerships (a total of 12) came After an extensive search for a new vehicle to fit my needs, none of the other visits to different car manufacturers' dealerships (a total of 12) came close to my car buying experience at Palm Coast Ford. From the moment I was greeted by Chris Smith during my initial visit I was instantly at ease with his no pressure approach. His thorough knowledge of the vehicle and patient explanation of its features was impressive to say the least. A couple of weeks later, after narrowing my search to two dealerships I made another trip to Palm Coast Ford for an extended test drive. Michael Hamilton was awesome in assisting me, once again going over the car's details without any pressure. Although the exact vehicle I wanted was not available on their lot, Chris had it within 48 hours. Eventually I purchased a new Ford Edge, was satisfied with the price, and could not be more pleased with the overall experience. A special thanks once again to Michael for getting me 'tech savy' after the purchase! I would recommend anyone in the market for a new Ford not waste time looking elsewhere. More

Only has 60, 000 miles on it. Always bring it in for the recommended maintenance, so hope it lasts until 100,000 miles. Then I will be back to buy something else. More

I stopped by after contacting Internet Sales. Shawn was very professional and knew his product. I told him up front it would be the easiest sale he ever had, or, when I left the dealership, he would be gla very professional and knew his product. He had no wiggle room on the Explorer XLT I wanted, because I was using X-Plan. At first we hit bump on the trade, but Shawn overcame that with Sales Mgr Sean. Together. they hit a home run on the deal. I highly recommend PalmCoast Ford and Shawn to anyone SERIOUSLY looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED PART OF THE SERVICE WAS TO IN.STALL A TONNAU COVER ON MY 2013 TACOMA. I WAS CHARGED $130 TO BE TOLD THE HARDWARE WAS WRONG AND DRILLING WOULD BE REQU PART OF THE SERVICE WAS TO IN.STALL A TONNAU COVER ON MY 2013 TACOMA. I WAS CHARGED $130 TO BE TOLD THE HARDWARE WAS WRONG AND DRILLING WOULD BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE JOB SO IT WASN'T DONE AND ALL THE PARTS WERE PUT BACK INTO THE BOX. THE NEXT DAY MYSELF AND A NEIGHBOR (WE ARE BOTH OVER 7O YEARS OLD) INSTALLED THE COVER WITH LITTLE OR NO PROBLEM USING WHAT WAS IN THE BOX. THERE WERE EXTRA PARTS THAT WOULD BE REQUIRED FOR DIFFERENT SIDE RAILS ON DIFFERENT MODELS...MAYBE THE SERVICE TECHNICIANS WERE CONFUSED? ? PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THIS HAPPENED; palm coast More
Intermitent Electrical problem & Warranty I have an F150 that the Synch System will not come on occasionally. This has occurred since I bought the truck. I finally was able to demonstrate the I have an F150 that the Synch System will not come on occasionally. This has occurred since I bought the truck. I finally was able to demonstrate the issue to the service department, but for it to be a warranty claim, Ford Customer Service has to approve the claim because the truck is 200 miles and 3 months out of warranty. Another check couldn't duplicate the problem, so Customer Service won't approve component replacement. I'm not willing to pay the $1k bill and feel it should be a warranty replacement. PC Ford has agreed to immediately rerun the computer scan when it happens again. That maybe tomorrow, or next month. More
