Air conditioner is not working. Took my car in for the air conditioner. They replaced a part said it was fixed and $398.00 later. I checked my air today and it is barely working. Recommendation with Caution We had an appointment to have the oil changed. We waited almost two hours for it to be done. The service department recommended we have the tires ro We had an appointment to have the oil changed. We waited almost two hours for it to be done. The service department recommended we have the tires rotated, we had just had that done at another location 2000 miles prior to this. Tire rotations don't need to be done before 5000 miles. They also recommended we have the cabin filter changed, which we did at a cost. Afterward we checked the book and it said it did not require changing until 40,000 miles. My car only had 26,000 miles. We will be very wary in the future if we are told maintenance is required when it possibly isn't. We do not remember the name of the service person we talked to. More

What an unexpected surprise. It had been a few years since I had last shopped for a new vehicle and I went into the situation very apprehensive. After weeks of looking, driving and dealing with people w since I had last shopped for a new vehicle and I went into the situation very apprehensive. After weeks of looking, driving and dealing with people who simply wanted my money and cared nothing for my and my family needs, for the most part that is, I made the drive to Palm Coast Ford, from St Augustine. ( It’s not that far...) I was immediately treated as a person from genuine people. I thought at first this was to good to be true,I was wrong. What an easy and enjoyable car buying experience, yes enjoyable! Shawn T was such a down to earth, nice and real person.
