RECALL APPOINTMENT I received a letter from Ford regarding my Escape being on a recall. Making the appointment was convenient and the individual I spoke to on the phone I received a letter from Ford regarding my Escape being on a recall. Making the appointment was convenient and the individual I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and assured me it would only take a couple of hours to correct. John Hart was understanding and could not find me on the appointment list, but was confident he could work my car in to the schedule. Poor VIP service. I have had my F-350 in the shop twice for recalls and steering wheel malfunction and have yet to receive any of the VIP service that comes with the ex I have had my F-350 in the shop twice for recalls and steering wheel malfunction and have yet to receive any of the VIP service that comes with the extended warranty I purchased.
