The salesman's response was, "I'm sure we can squeeze you in." He did comment that there were several cars ahead of mine. So, I went into the lounge area to wait. Made a 12:30 appointment on my day off, ran some errands and even had time to stop at AK Tire for their lifetime free rotate & balance. Arrived at the service lane on time and was told they were backed up. Walked to Walgreens then a lap around Winn Dixie plaza. Car wasn’t ready for 1.5 hrs and then the service advisor told me they recommended a tire rotation! I’m beginning to wonder how trained the lube techs are there & maybe they should stick to changing fluids! I recommend Ralph in service; he always asks about my car & how I’m doing. The service writers aren’t friendly and if it wasn’t for free lifetime oil changes? We would be going elsewhere More

Not Impressed Check engine light and wrench warning light came on while on the way home after leaving Palm Coast Ford service department for an oil change. Spoke to Check engine light and wrench warning light came on while on the way home after leaving Palm Coast Ford service department for an oil change. Spoke to Jon by phone the next day about it, and he advised me to come in for a $130.00 diagnostic check, but did say maybe the technician didn't properly close the air filter cover. I thought Jon should've have offered to check out my car without fee, since the lights came on right after leaving his shop. Apparently his customer service perspective is different than mine. After I got off the phone with Jon, I checked the air filter cover. It was on properly, but the sensor wire connection was found to be unplugged. I reconnected it and that solved the wrench warning light. The check engine light remains on. I will keep checking until I find the issue myself or bring it to another shop that I can trust more. The right answer from Jon should've been; sure Mr. Lydon, bring it back in we'll see what the diagnostic codes say. No charge since they came on right after leaving our shop. More
