Going in for oil and grease they find an engine fault that adds $1,200.00 to my bill. They also kept the truck for over two weeks. The mechanic did not take caution to remove bad part. Second when I picked up the truck the tail gate was dented in 4 places. More

Not pleased! I had an appointment Tuesday January 7, 2020 at 2:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived about 2:20. I was met promptly and was told to wa I had an appointment Tuesday January 7, 2020 at 2:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived about 2:20. I was met promptly and was told to wait inside and someone would keep me updated. Well by4 PM no one had spoken to me. Another employee came through and asked if I was being taken care of ( she noticed I had been sitting for a while). She said she would get someone. They finally came to me and told me what they were doing. I still waited and did not leave until after 5 pm. I was not a happy camper. More
