Too long a wait with 7:30 oil change only, it took 2 hrs.. It seems to me if you take an early hour for the appontment you should get good service in a short amount with 7:30 oil change only, it took 2 hrs.. Solving a Road noise issue I Drove my wifes car and noticed a front road news, concerned that it was a tire issue, I pulled into Palm Coast Ford and Christen looked at the tire I Drove my wifes car and noticed a front road news, concerned that it was a tire issue, I pulled into Palm Coast Ford and Christen looked at the tire and wanted the technician to review and posible road test. Christen suggested tire rotation and/or possible lubrication. Nearly three hours for an oil change with an appointment? The people were all very nice but it doesn't change the fact that I waited nearly three hours for an oil change WITH a prior appointment made. Entrance to the service advisers was blocked with cars and another truck doing maintenance making it very hard to for a first-timer to the dealership to find who to even check in with! More

Going in for oil and grease they find an engine fault that adds $1,200.00 to my bill. They also kept the truck for over two weeks. The mechanic did not take caution to remove bad part.
