Not pleased! I had an appointment Tuesday January 7, 2020 at 2:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived about 2:20. I was met promptly and was told to wa I had an appointment Tuesday January 7, 2020 at 2:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived about 2:20. I was met promptly and was told to wait inside and someone would keep me updated. Well by4 PM no one had spoken to me. Another employee came through and asked if I was being taken care of ( she noticed I had been sitting for a while). She said she would get someone. They finally came to me and told me what they were doing. I still waited and did not leave until after 5 pm. I was not a happy camper. More

Time spent not worth it Went in for 2:00 appointment for an oil change and wiper replacement. Had to wait until 3:20 when Kevin gave me the information /charges. Did add on a tire rotation, which he said I would be done in 15 or 20 minutes. Checked out at 3:55 Sorry but that is way to long. Everyone was very polite and helpful but still too long. More
