Mike Hamilton our sales associate was responsive to our questions, and made the experience quite enjoyable and painless. Very up front and no GAMES are played.. Sales manager Michael was calm and carefully listened to some to some concerns, I had however all is good. It was my misunderstanding. Scott Anderson in the business office thoroughly went they the transaction and the process was quick, high tech and amazing. I’m glad I drove from Ormond Beach. It was well worth it. Very poor! Went in for a simple oil change and almost three hours later they were through with the vehicle. Said they would provide transportation home, but nev Went in for a simple oil change and almost three hours later they were through with the vehicle. Said they would provide transportation home, but never came by. In fact, when I found our who the person was to take us home (some two and a half hours later) he said no one ever told him to pick us up. It was like a Murphy’s law nightmare. More

Initial problem, but they corrected it While negotiating with the sales and finance team, I said I wanted to make sure they replaced the battery. It was weak and had to be jump started bef While negotiating with the sales and finance team, I said I wanted to make sure they replaced the battery. It was weak and had to be jump started before they brought the car out to be test driven. I insisted that it be included on the 'we owe you nothing' form. When I was going in to sign final documents I asked the salesmen to please get a few of the guys to help move everything from my trade to the new Flex. I had literally stopped by the dealership on my way home from a weekend trip to Savannah. They really stepped up and had everything transferred over by the time I walked out the door. I asked if the battery had been replaced and was told, 'as far as I know'. Well, I drove 90 miles home and it hesitated to start the next morning. I needed to have the car jumped twice. I called and spoke with the salesman and he arranged for me to bring it back to have the battery replaced. The service department was fantastic, got us in and out of there in short order. Would I buy another vehicle from them, probably, but I was very disappointed and upset that I had to make a 180 mile rountrip so soon after buying the car. More
