Far too long for not doing everything I was charged for Arrived early for my appointment ( as usual no problem) for oil change and tire rotation. The perfect storm...so my wait time was 2 hours compared to less than 45 minutes from many previous experiences. I am sure the service would have been sooner had I opted to come at a different time, then I would have given them a 5 star rating. More

Be cautious and skeptical I dropped off my vehicle for an appointment that was scheduled more than two weeks in advance. When I arrived I made it very clear that I was there fo I dropped off my vehicle for an appointment that was scheduled more than two weeks in advance. When I arrived I made it very clear that I was there for the oil change only, as the 20,000 mile service had already been performed. The vehicle had been checked in as a walk-in by accident leaving me waiting at the dealership for several hours before they even began working. When I brought this up to someone at the dealership I was met with the response "I don't know what you expect bringing your car in on a Saturday" When the car was finally completed I was billed for things that I had explicitly asked them not to perform. I have submitted a complaint with the better business bureau and will not be returning. When I disputed the charges the person cashing me out insisted that the service is needed to be performed and reduced the charges. My best advice is to avoid this dealership if at all possible. In the event that it isn't, be very cautious and skeptical about what you're told and the work that's being performed. Update: I am being refunded for the services I asked them not to perform, but am still very unhappy with the customer service of the dealership. I will not be returning for maintenance in the future. Additionally, I was told that my car received a full 20k mile service... This obviously did not include checking the battery, as it died a week after I had my car serviced. (The visit was not the cause, but if you are 'checking a few things' I assumed that included the battery). More
