I made an appointment for oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection, which I figured should only take 1/2 hour. I waited 2 1/2 hours for the job to finish, mostly waiting for a work bay to become available for my car. The scheduling system should take into account other customers so that they are ready to work on your car at the time of your appointment. More
