Swollen Lugnuts I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2015 F150. My wife brought it for me and waited. One of the reps told her that they co I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2015 F150. My wife brought it for me and waited. One of the reps told her that they could not rotate the tires because the Lugnuts were swollen. Yes you heard it right the Lugnuts are swollen. In all my life I’ve never heard that. On top of it they wanted to charge her eight dollars per a lug nut to replace them and rotate the tires. So the question is if the Lugnuts are too swollen to take off to rotate the tires how could they take them off to sell her new ones? Sounds like somebody was trying to upsell my wife. I have been a loyal customer with Palm Coast Ford for 20 yearsAnd always had good service up till now. More
