Wait time excessive I had pre scheduled a 5000 mile ree oil change for 1 pm The tech told me it would be 1 1/2 hours wait. After 2 hours waiting my oil change was s I had pre scheduled a 5000 mile ree oil change for 1 pm The tech told me it would be 1 1/2 hours wait. After 2 hours waiting my oil change was still incomplete. I could have taken the car to a Jiffy i change for $25 and done in 15 minutes. The tech assigned to me, Christine SantaMaria, apologised for the excessive wait and told me Ford will give me a Step 2 service which includes tire rotate at no cost upon my next 6 month visit and oil change. I was grateful for that but not with the wait time. Ms SantaMaria was gracious, apologetic and professional and I appreciate that. We are happy with our Ford and with previous services but not with this oil change appt. More

Loose drip pan AGAIN 2nd time I've taken my truck to get an oil change and 2nd time my drip Pan is rattling underneath my car.
