Treatment of Myself compared to Others There was no waiting as I arrived, was told it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. for the service, no problem I had time to kill. I noticed as I sat in the wai There was no waiting as I arrived, was told it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. for the service, no problem I had time to kill. I noticed as I sat in the waiting area other patrons being talked to very cheerfully and some of them being called by name, very personable. When the service advisor came to get me and tell me my truck was ready it was very frank and impersonable, I was not treated as a great customer, but just a paying number, that is fine. I take it they are holding a grudge towards me for the last bad experience I had and calling them out on it and this was the reason for my treatment. Well the service was acceptable for what was done, but the treatment of myself compared to others was very noticeable and not appreciated at all. This will be remembered as rude and very non-professional treatment of a person that came back expecting hatchets to be buried and to be treated the way others were with very personable customer service! More
