35,000 checkup. I bought my 2013 Kia Soul at Palm Coast Ford. When I brought it in for the 35,000 check up, they told me I needed 4 tires and a new battery since bot I bought my 2013 Kia Soul at Palm Coast Ford. When I brought it in for the 35,000 check up, they told me I needed 4 tires and a new battery since both the tires and battery were original equipment. I appreciated the update as I am 89 years old and must have a reliable car. They provided a ride home and back. The care I received was outstanding! More

Our first encounter with a Palm Coast Ford representative (Larry Helsel) was quick to greet us and NON PUSHY. A sales rep was sent to us as we were looking at the new 2019 Fusion. Michael Barns was patient in answering our questions and the most knowledgeable sales person we have ever dealt with.He took time to show us everything about the Fusion.and told us to call with ANY questions we might have. Being seniors and not very familiar with the technology in todays cars was a concern to us - but Michael put our mind at ease with his vast knowledge and offer to help in the future.
