Long wait. I had an 8 am appointment to have my oil changed and it was not touched till 8:25 and then the tech sat on his cell phone for another 10 minutes befor I had an 8 am appointment to have my oil changed and it was not touched till 8:25 and then the tech sat on his cell phone for another 10 minutes before he started to work on my vehicle. At 9 am I asked the service advisor what the deal was because the tech was at the writer's area shooting some BS with some guy. She told me they were getting an estimate for me. Well he wasn't. That was being done inside. So at 9:25 I finally got my vehicle back. Not a happy camper. I appreciate the free oil change, but not the treatment. I will be back for my brake job and hope I have a better experience. More

Unexpected expense I wasn't expecting to have a $2000 air conditioning repair when I came in for a battery. A couple of events concerned me: When I picked up my vehicl I wasn't expecting to have a $2000 air conditioning repair when I came in for a battery. A couple of events concerned me: When I picked up my vehicle all of the paper work in my glove box was out and I was able to find most of the papers under the back seat. The one item in particular that I wanted was the information on my extended warranty. That paperwork was missing even though the folder was still in the car. I thought that my warranty was good till 96,000 miles. I was told that the warranty expired at 92,000 miles and this A/C repair would not be covered under warranty. My vehicle had 95,000 miles and the $2111 bill was on me. The other concern is that part of the dash must of been removed and the glove box doesn't line up with the rest of the dash and all of the finger prints are still on the glove box from the tech doing the work. More
