Easy peasy Scheduled my oil change online. Was checked in quickly and politely on arrival. Was ferried back home by the shuttle. Received a call advising of need Scheduled my oil change online. Was checked in quickly and politely on arrival. Was ferried back home by the shuttle. Received a call advising of need to rotate tires, and the (minimal) additional cost. Was informed car was in good shape otherwise. A few hours later the shuttle driver called to say my car was ready and he would be by to collect me in 10 minutes. All staff were professional and courteous and my bill was less than I expected! What‘s not to like? More
