Great, easy experience I had an awesome experience with Palm Coast Ford. I found a truck that matched all the criteria that I was looking for and contacted them via the int I had an awesome experience with Palm Coast Ford. I found a truck that matched all the criteria that I was looking for and contacted them via the internet sales link after business hours. I was contacted immediately the next morning by Josh York, and we were able to come to terms very quickly on a price for that truck, as well as the truck I was trading in. I made arrangements to come in later in the day since I had to travel 100 miles to the dealer from where I live. When I arrived, I was immediately met by Chris Smith who had everything in order for the purchase, and the truck was detailed and waiting for me. Chris was extremely helpful, and after we took it out for a drive, he then made sure everything was in place. I was really taken aback by how much Chris bent over backward to make sure we were happy and content with our purchase. The paper work was all in order prior to our arrival, so the whole process took less than an hour, start to finish. We then went to the finance office and dealt with Scott Anderson, who explained everything available and was very low pressure. Extremely efficient, and had us in and out in record time. I would definitely recommend this dealership as they were very fair and friendly. I drove over a hundred miles for this deal, and am very glad I did. More

Dead battery change Car was towed in late Sunday afternoon with a dead battery. Service department called at 7am to review the issue. Car was fixed and ready to go at 8 Car was towed in late Sunday afternoon with a dead battery. Service department called at 7am to review the issue. Car was fixed and ready to go at 8:30am. I was not able to pick up until after work and there was some confusion as to where my car and the paperwork was and I was sent to multiple locations to find it, but in the end the service manager was wonderful, took charge and brought me my car.
