I contacted Dave Kollar (My go to guy at PCF) Dropped the car off, about 90 minutes later Dave called told Had a battery problem with my 2017 Escape. I contacted Dave Kollar (My go to guy at PCF) Dropped the car off, about 90 minutes later Dave called told me what the problem was and that car would be ready in another hour.Dave Kollar is an asset to PCF,personable,knowledgeable and gives you the info straight up. He's one of the reasons I keep coming back. More

My appointment with the Service Center went very smoothly. I was greeted by John and asked me some questions and provided me with Christen's business card and informed me that she was my Customer Service Rep. He also told me in the Service Center, there could be some doughnuts left and the hot dogs would be out shortly. The waiting provided Wi-Fi , magazines, tv, coffee, and doughnuts. Christen came over and provided information about my car and to see if I would like the additional recommended service. A little while later, I was told that my car was ready and where I could find it. It was a very pleasurable experience. More
Service I brought my new car in because the parking light on at the drivers side was not working. Also a chip in the paint on my trunk which we believe happened when the car was glass coated They fixed the light but the paint person changed there days they work so we have to bring it back. A little inconvenient but its ok these things happen. Everyone, in particular Todd in sales and Shaun are fantastic and so was John This why I bought my third car from Palm Coast Ford They are the best. More

Great place to buy a vehicle! I bought my used 2010 Nissan Frontier on New Years eve. After a few days I brought the truck back to the service department for some minor issues. It I bought my used 2010 Nissan Frontier on New Years eve. After a few days I brought the truck back to the service department for some minor issues. It needed an alignment, and some drivability issues addressed. The new alignment fixed the pulling issue, but the cleaning of the throttle body may have helped, but didn't totally fix the drivability problems of rough idle and long start. I took the truck back again a couple weeks later for the same issues.The mechanic said that my truck needed to go to the Nissan Dealer in Daytona for a diagnosis. Apparently, there were some software issues that prevented him from being able to troubleshoot further at Palm Coast Ford. To my surprise he said they would take the truck to Daytona for me, and provide me a loaner vehicle while it was gone. The Ford maintenance team returned my truck back the next morning. The truck now runs perfect, and even gets better gas mileage than it did when I took it in. I am nothing but impressed with my experience at Palm Coast Ford. The maintenance team went way above what I expected! I'm not sure of the mechanics name, but I appreciate his effort as well. Bravo Zulu to service advisor John Woodward for his professionalism.
