Service I brought my new car in because the parking light on at the drivers side was not working. Also a chip in the paint on my trunk which we believe happe I brought my new car in because the parking light on at the drivers side was not working. Also a chip in the paint on my trunk which we believe happened when the car was glass coated They fixed the light but the paint person changed there days they work so we have to bring it back. A little inconvenient but its ok these things happen. Great place to buy a vehicle! I bought my used 2010 Nissan Frontier on New Years eve. After a few days I brought the truck back to the service department for some minor issues. It I bought my used 2010 Nissan Frontier on New Years eve. After a few days I brought the truck back to the service department for some minor issues. It needed an alignment, and some drivability issues addressed. The new alignment fixed the pulling issue, but the cleaning of the throttle body may have helped, but didn't totally fix the drivability problems of rough idle and long start. I took the truck back again a couple weeks later for the same issues.The mechanic said that my truck needed to go to the Nissan Dealer in Daytona for a diagnosis. Apparently, there were some software issues that prevented him from being able to troubleshoot further at Palm Coast Ford. To my surprise he said they would take the truck to Daytona for me, and provide me a loaner vehicle while it was gone. The Ford maintenance team returned my truck back the next morning. The truck now runs perfect, and even gets better gas mileage than it did when I took it in. I am nothing but impressed with my experience at Palm Coast Ford. The maintenance team went way above what I expected! I'm not sure of the mechanics name, but I appreciate his effort as well. Bravo Zulu to service advisor John Woodward for his professionalism. A couple hours at Ford tour team will investigate to find the source of your issue. Made repeated returns to the service area for tire light indicating a repeated loss of t tour team will investigate to find the source of your issue. After returning 4 days since last issue he indicated to the team to put the tire in water and check......nail found in tire,. Very satisfied with Dave and the tech he requested do the work.........................problem resolved. More
Communication I went in and asked for a synthetic oil change. I did not request a tire rotation on this service call. It was not recommended by the service technician either or I would have told that I have the tire on the car about a month or so. I waited in the waiting room so I was readily available for consultation. I got a bill at the end and was told the package now included a rotation of the tires and was $86.00. I did not like the fact that I did not get to discuss the pricing. I've been here in Palm Coast for about four years now and have always liked the services at Palm Coast Ford until recent.
