Communication I went in and asked for a synthetic oil change. I did not request a tire rotation on this service call. It was not recommended by the service techni I went in and asked for a synthetic oil change. I did not request a tire rotation on this service call. It was not recommended by the service technician either or I would have told that I have the tire on the car about a month or so. I waited in the waiting room so I was readily available for consultation. I got a bill at the end and was told the package now included a rotation of the tires and was $86.00. I did not like the fact that I did not get to discuss the pricing. I've been here in Palm Coast for about four years now and have always liked the services at Palm Coast Ford until recent.
