lack of communication. repairs took twice as long I was told Service rep assured me that the recalls would take one day. It took two days and I would not have been told that if I had not called them. Also, you should tell people when they drop off the car that they should come back to the booth to pay and pick up (or when you call/text that the car is ready). It's no longer at the cashier inside. Overall service Communication In the past three visits I was told my rear brakes were very low the first time and needed to be replaced. , On the second visit approx. four months f In the past three visits I was told my rear brakes were very low the first time and needed to be replaced. , On the second visit approx. four months for oil change I was informed everything was fine so I inquired about the rear braked. The representative and the mechanic told me that it was fine and that error was made measuring the rear pad on the first visit. On the third visit vehicle was in for recall repair and a multipoint inspection was done. I again was informed that the rear brake was very low and should be replaced plus a brake fluid flush. As a customer I am confused, is the brakes on the vehicle needs replacing or not.. More
