Jon Hart is excellent! Jon Hart kept me updated about what was happening with my car as I waited for it watching TV in the customer lounge. New car handling and service on my 2013 f150 I purchased a new escape, after 2 days the lights filled with water and the drivers door was miss aligned. After dealing with a sales manager (Shane) I purchased a new escape, after 2 days the lights filled with water and the drivers door was miss aligned. After dealing with a sales manager (Shane) he told me they could not fix it and to call Daytona Toyota. What!!! I bought the car here at palm coast ford 2 days prior. I left and was treated badly by toyota. I called the dealership so palm coast ford could evaluate the situation. John from their body shop stated they could not fix it and I would have to go to Daytona Toyota, then John the service manager came out and stated no, we will give you a car and get this fixed. It was their responsibility. Yeah, someone with responsibility and integrity. I was not going to bring my truck in for the appointment the next day. However, their service manager John made me feel confident and I gained trust his department. So they still have the new car and my truck was serviced. Why should a new car go to a body shop? Did they sell me a defective vehicle? More
