Servicing for airbag recall The parts were ordered previously to my service date. Once the parts arrived, I was able to schedule a service date within days of their arrival. When I arrived for my service, I was met immediately by a service attendant. My vehicle was taken, serviced and returned onetime, just like they said. Ford also provided me with shuttle service to my house and picked me up by shuttle and returned me to Ford service. The shuttle was very timely and the drivers were great. Thank you Ford Motor. More

Two reasons for service, oil change and safety recall. Though I had an appoinrment for the following day, the service people took care of my vehicle without complaint. I also asked the service rep. to check on a rattle in the drivers door when they would have the door panel removed for the safty recall. Great service department Brought my 2015 Ford Escape in for 30,000 mile service, new tires and brakes. Service advisor, Robert Eichinger, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Brought my 2015 Ford Escape in for 30,000 mile service, new tires and brakes. Service advisor, Robert Eichinger, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped select the right tires based on my driving habits and saved me money by suggesting we hold off on replacing the front brakes which were not needed at this time even though back brakes needed replacing. I would have done front and back without his feedback. Very honest and trustworthy. I was able to arrange the service appointment for the following day and it was completed in a timely manner. Palm Coast Ford is definitely my Ford service home. More
