The service department IS AWESOME! I left my 2018 Escape an evening early for my Thursday appointment due to my husband's medical needs. There was no problem leaving the vehicle all da I left my 2018 Escape an evening early for my Thursday appointment due to my husband's medical needs. There was no problem leaving the vehicle all day and the service department closed before I could pick up my Escape with newly tinted windows. When I finally got back to Palm Coast, they had left my keys and due to my husband being a disabled Vietnam Veteran waived the fee. It may not seem like much to Jon in the service department, but it was something good that happened to me during a very difficult day. The kindness and generosity were something I have only experienced at PALM COAST FORD. Everyone on the staff has been awesome to work with and they are always willing to help or be flexible in scheduling and getting me home. This is a sincere thank you to Palm Coast Ford. More
