Good service center friendly staff My 2017 focus stalled in traffic and called the service Department they took my car in right away as soon as I could get it to them. They could not re My 2017 focus stalled in traffic and called the service Department they took my car in right away as soon as I could get it to them. They could not recreate the problem was told to take the car home. Was not satisfied that they investigated the problem thoroughly so before I left a bad review I called and back to express my concerns and they gave me a loaner. Kept the car a few days driving and checking all systems. They still can’t tell me a problem but the car runs good so far. Robert in the service center was very apologetic and I’m satisfied that the technicians did all they could do. More
