Great Customer Service I had a big air conditioning job done on my Mercury Mountaineer. It took several days. Ms. Christen Santa Maria was my service representative and she was incredibly attentive. She kept me completely in the loop in regard to the cost and duration of the repairs with phone calls and emails, always with courtesy and professionalism. Though I didn't take advantage of it, she offered me a loaner car. She worked with me on the cost of the repairs, ensuring I received discounts to which I was entitled. She was truly a professional and Palm Coast Ford should be proud to have her representing their business. More

2 hours for a simple oil change I made an appointment as I have in the past because it seems you can no longer just go for one. I arrived 10 min early, was taken, then continues to s I made an appointment as I have in the past because it seems you can no longer just go for one. I arrived 10 min early, was taken, then continues to sit and wait for 2 hours at which time the service guy came to tell me my car was ready and he would be right back with the paperwork. After another 10 min of waiting, my car being there I went out to see what was taking so long and I got a look , like he totally forgot. After asking why the oil change took so long, he apologized. That was nice of him, but I feel if you are now forced to make an appt. I would think to make things run smother that it wouldn't take 2 hours to complete and this is the third time. I have been buying my cars from Palm Coast Ford since 1989, their dealership is great but their service department has much to be desired. More
