Rattle I gave a 4 start rating because my car was fixed. However, the service people I interacted with were not friendly (just to the point). I was told my car would be ready in a couple of hours. I called after 2 1/2 hrs and the service person on the phone was not friendly and didn't know any answers for me. She did call right back and said that my car was ready and to go to booth 1. The gentleman in Booth 1 was nice and even though, he was not my rep, he was very nice and answered my questions and had my car brought to me. More

Mike assured me they would work hard to get a a good deal. ( I was thinking sure....) They bring the deal over and they offer me 1.9% interest. I was sold. Unexpectedly Mike and the finance Manager set a new deal on the desk. Oh no? Wrong Mike got me 0.00% financing with less than a 550 credit score, $500, and a 2009 fusion w/ 181,000. Sean prepared everything and clearly explained all the terms. I asked questions and read everything thoroughly. he wrapped it up quickly and I drove my new truck home. I love my new f-150 and feel great about my purchase! Oh I forgot lifetime oil changes and more Thanks PC FORD! More

I brought my truck to the service center, told them why I was there, signed their paperwork and headed inside for free coffee & doughnuts. I had two small cups of coffee & two doughnuts, turned around & there was my truck, ready to go. I walked outside, signed off on the final paperwork, and jumped in my truck. My lane was blocked & I had to get going. I had a business to open in St Augustine. I yelled out my window that I had to go and two guy's jumped on it; one in front of me & one in back of me, guiding me out of that lane & into a free lane then off I went.
