Hi Mike I really hate writing reviews. The first time I attempted to have my sound issue resolved, it was a total fiasco. I dont need to give details. Finally the service manager got involved and he really tried hard to resolve the problem and he did partly. I really appreciated his involvement. I didn't write a review because of efforts of the service manager. I believe his name was John. Great guy. I would like to have my issue fixed once and for all. I was driving it today and the sound is quite annoying. Whats really annoying is my van conversion is the problem. That was the answer given from your service representative. Now, how stupid of an answer is that? I am totally insulted. I requested that the rep and the mechanic drive it and here it for themselves. I do not believe either did. Now I am once again trying to get this resolved. This vehicle is heading to the Yukon in the Northwest territory. 5000 miles from here. It has to be right. Please if you could get involved to have this resolved I would deeply appreciate it. I do not need to be dealing with the previous representative, no more.
