Fast and professional service for my cars. For an 80 year old "FORD" man who has visited many Ford and Lincoln/Mercury service departments I prefer this one for service on my cars. I visit the Palm Coast area many times in the year to visit family and I prefer to bring my Lincoln and Mercury here to have my work done. The friendliness of the complete service staff front and back end is very hard to find today. The mechanics are very well trained and managed which is the professionalism that the "FORD MOTOR COMPANY" produces and demands. The service manager is exceptionally helpful on getting the very unusual problems determined and repaired. Once I had a window that was not working, would not go down, Mr. L'Heureux listened to the motor run determined the problem and without any tools fixed it in a minute. Then he told me to operate the electric windows at least once a month to keep them freed up, GREAT SERVICE all the time. More

Anytime we have had to service the vehicles it has been a good experience. They take pride in making sure your vehicle is safe and you are informed of any work they may need to be done while you are there and I have never felt pressured to make unnecessary repairs when discussing these with the service advisors. It's good to know they have Ford certified technicians working on our vehicles as well. They even have a shuttle driver so you can get to work or back home while your car is being worked on. The care they have shown for me and my family has been a great experience for us all and we will continue to buy and service our vehicles there. More

Poor customer service from Robert My wife called and spoke to a salesman (Robert) I believe concerning three used trucks. He was to call back within an hour. As of 1:00 (1300) no call. We first met Ty Harper a couple months ago when just window shopping and explained we were closing on a new home and were not able to buy at that time. Ty took the time to walk with us and show us the different packages and models available knowing we were not going to buy that day. Ty made such an impression on us we decided to make the hour and thirty minute drive to buy the Edge from him. Ty was off that day but made it clear him getting the deal was not important and set it up for us to meet with Barry Clark. I can not say enough good things about Ty, Barry, Sean and Scott they made buying this Edge as easy as 123. We got a great deal on our trade and the Edge and the buying process was done in a timely manner. Congratulations to the owner and managers for putting such a great group of people together. More

Unexceptable Service After the Sale I recently returned from overseas duty, and was in the market for a specific truck, Palm Coast Ford had one, of which I purchased at the tune of almos I recently returned from overseas duty, and was in the market for a specific truck, Palm Coast Ford had one, of which I purchased at the tune of almost $36000. After just over 2 months, and right at 1000 miles later, I had 5 major issues with it. I contacted the dealer and was told to bring it in. When I brought it there, ( an hour and a half away), I was told None of the repairs or parts are covered under warranty, costing/quoted, almost $3000. I was then told there was only a 2 month 2000 mile warranty. I was never told that, I asked for that in writing which they did Not produce. My next letter is going to Ford Motor Company. I would not recommend this Dealer for any purchase, to the community, or to Any Armed Forces personnel, Active or Retired. They don't even rate 1 star. More

Worst dealer of my life This was my absolute worst car buying experience ever. If it was not for the price of the vehicle that o found there used I would have walked away. I This was my absolute worst car buying experience ever. If it was not for the price of the vehicle that o found there used I would have walked away. I went in with approval for an auto loan already and then they ran my credit even after I told them not to and I have now received 5 letter from different auto loans asking if I was still interest. The process of buying the car took roughly 8hrs and then I had to go back to have a part removed that was promised to be removed and that process took 5 hrs and the full job was not completed. They are the worst dealer I could have ever found. I will never go back there and will not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
