We knew our finances and what we could afford, did the research, trolled the internet Purchasing a new car or truck can be an exhausting experience. We knew our finances and what we could afford, did the research, trolled the internet, contacted dealerships and talked with customers who had recently made new car or truck purchases. Since we both travel for work, we were not tied to one location for our purchase, but the list of who we wanted to do business with dwindled quickly. Palm Coast Ford treated us with respect. Period. Since we were in the area and had our trade-in on hand, we decided to stop in to peruse their inventory. Before heading out to the dealership we had corresponded by email and text with Chris Smith and Sean Peveler. At no time during the process did we feel like just a “number” to them or an inconvenience to their schedule. Everyone that we met had a professional and warm demeanor, they responded in a timely manner to our deluge of questions. The entire staff totally dismantled the “used car salesman” image that has become so iconic. While we loved our Ford Edge, our goal was to purchase a dually truck that could handle our forty-three foot fifth wheel, while not over taxing the truck or the engine, with power for traversing the passes at home in Colorado. We purchased a Chevy Silverado truck that was in their used vehicle inventory. Happy, happy, happy the truck is exactly what we needed. So, the real question is…do we feel comfortable recommending Palm Coast Ford to our friends and family for the purchase or lease of a new or used car or truck? Absolutely, the entire process went smoothly, we were treated fairly and with respect by everyone that we encountered. Can't even get apt scheduled. Called on 1-18 to make apt, told I'd receive call back to schedule. After no return call, I called again 1-19. Told same thing, and no return call. I also appreciated the fact his boss told us about another car with less mileage for the same price. We received a little bit more on our warranty that way. Excellent service from an Awesome Staff. Arrived on New Year Day in the afternoon and was immediately greeted by Yuri Valson Sales Advisor. I came to the dealership knowing I was interested i Arrived on New Year Day in the afternoon and was immediately greeted by Yuri Valson Sales Advisor. I came to the dealership knowing I was interested in a new Fusion. After we discussed different colors and packages available Yuri and I proceeded to test drive the Fusion. The car really appealed to me so we went in to talk about a deal. I came in pre approved with an extremely low rate but Ford Credit got me 0%. Yes 0%. There was no pressure it was a no brainer! After putting the deal together which I was very satisfied with I was introduced to Sean in Finance and he made me feel at ease while signing the deal. I would also like to recognize Patrick as he was also very professional and knowledgeable with the process of car buying. I can't say enough good things about all the professionals that were involved in my deal. 5 stars to everybody at the dealership that night!! More
