Terry also called the next day to be sure we were satisfied...we are :) One funny incident : after driving the Taurus around for a few days, the gas gauge still hadn't moved. My husband thought maybe it was stuck so he called the service department. They assured him everything was fine. He just couldn't get over how good the gas mileage is for a luxury car! In our economic troubling times, most of us find ourselves between discretionary and indiscriminate spending. I have to say that Sean put together a fantastic package. I sometimes believe that most organizations would prefer to make a dollar every hour instead of a nickle every minute. Palm Coast Ford, as I can see it, operates in the later. Their vehicle, after sale support personnel and it's system is astonishing to say the lest. They are in it with you for the long haul. No indication that the sale is done, just change the oil, like I have experienced before with other dealerships.
