I went to Palm Coast Ford today to JUST get information on the 2012 Fusion, however, my trip for information turned into a trip to purchase a new Fusion! Chris was willing to let me ramble on about my prior Fords and was genuinely attentive to my comments, as well as answering my questions in a clear and direct manner. Paul was a great help in my decision making efforts today. He was straight up front with all of his comments. Kenny was thorough in his explanations on various options, to include the ESP option. Buying a car I have always found to be a chore, but these gentlemen helped make the task easier for me. They are a credit to this dealership and Ford Motor Company in general. I drove a 1994 ford mustang convertible and wanted a new mustang convertible, but needed a new car. I never thought I would be able to afford to drive my dream car. Thats when we found Sean. He is by far the best car salesman we have ever worked with. My husband and I got at the dealership at around 5:10pm, after I had already spent most of the day talking back and forth with Sean, we met with Sean looked at the car of my dreams, looked at numbers, walked around the lot, for 3 1/2 hours this went on. My husband and I just wanted to make the right choice, because I was so torn between what I wanted and what we could afford. Sean worked with the sales manager and together they both made the car of my dreams affordable. We signed the papers at 8:30pm and I was out in the front yard of my house surrounded by all my neighbors and family laughing and talking about the awesome experience I had with Palm Coast Ford and how totally awesome it was to be driving in such an amazing car. Thank you for treating us like we walked in with tons of money and top of the line credit. Never once was I made to feel like less of a person because of our bank account or credit score. Palm Coast Ford sold me problem under the waranty and did`t responsebel for the car. In a car clutch noise and they sad its normaly for thattruck but St Augustine Toyota found the problem in the clutch a did`t responsebel for the car. To fix problem they ask almost $ 900 becouse Palm Coast Ford before change the clutch and put no original part which one kill the Toyota warranty (60000 mi) More

Sean was great and straight forward he definitely didn't fit what most people would call a car salesman which is great. It's nice to have a personable salesman. For a minute there at the dealership we thought we were going to have a no deal but Sean made it right and we are glad he did. The vehicle is awesome 2010 Ford Expedition Ltd. with all the bells and whistles exactly what we wanted. Sean also explained how everything worked to make our transition to a newer model Expedition easier. The new technology in it with the Sync system, GPS etc..is awesome, so Sean was a huge help with that. He definitely knows his stuff. We would definitely buy from him again. Thank you Sean!
