Jeff was very friendly and extremely helpful all 3 times we went to the dealership to look for the car we wanted. Sean and Chris worked with the GM in order that I could get the vehicle that I was interested in at the price that I was willing to spend which was considerably lower than the price that was posted on the get the vehicle that I was interested in at the price that I was willing to spend which was considerably lower than the price that was posted on the windshield. They were did a supberb job also this is my second car i have purchased from the dealership solely due to the fact of how much Chris was able to influence my last deal. I will tell anyone looking for a vehicle about how they really were motivated to reduce the price of my car in order that I would do business with them. My daughter will be looking in the next 6 months or so aaand I will bring her right back here. I would like to share an experience I had with Palm Coast Ford. I made an appointment with Sean, after receiving a letter and wishing another vehicle - I was already a Palm Coast Ford customer. I drove away a happy new car owner and it was thanks to Sean Peveler and Michael Fuguet. I was met with smiles and treated with the utmost respect, honesty and consideration of my needs. It turned out to be a time-consuming event; however, I walked in knowing that it would be, as my circumstances were not of "the norm". During the day, Sean did all possible to make my experience a good one and my waiting time less stressful. He took the time to show me the ins and outs of the Sync system in my car, instead of handing me a manual and telling me to "call if I had a question"...I can't tell you how much this meant to me. In 2 years, hopefully less, I will return to make yet another purchase, my "dream vehicle", an Escape, black of course with a moon roof. I don't make many recommendations, but when I meet people who go above and beyond to help me feel at ease during a stressful time, I think it is well worth sharing and so I do that right now.
